Despite a previous loss to G2 Gozen in the group stage, Falcons Vega from Saudi Arabia battled through the lower bracket, defeating FlyQuest RED from the USA to secure a spot in the finals. The tournament also saw the participation of London-based org GiantX, with FlyQuest and Falcons making their Red Bull Instalock debuts.

The women’s Valorant event unfolded at London’s Red Bull Gaming Sphere, accompanied by a watch party at Fnatic’s HQ in Dalston. Four elite women’s Valorant teams engaged in a bracket competition requiring the implementation of three offensive class duelists. The event was backed by Monitor Partner AGON by AOC, supplying high-performance monitors, and UK-based system builder Scan Computers, offering top-tier PCs for gamers and professionals. Scan Computers also hosted a deathmatch competition and giveaways at the Fnatic watch party.

Prior to the Grand Final, Red Bull Instalock featured a UK vs. Rest of World showmatch, where Valorant creators from around the globe clashed on the Icebox map. The intense battle ended with the Rest of World team clinching victory. The event marked the final professional match for FlyQuest RED’s Diana ‘Sonder’ Zhang, concluding a significant chapter in her career.

The Grand Final escalated to a best-of-five format, with Falcons Vega ultimately triumphing over G2 Gozen after a grueling battle across five maps. Falcons Vega’s Maryam “Mary” Maher expressed pride in her team’s hard work and emphasized their role as Middle East representatives and women gamers’ role models. Host Yinsu Collins praised the diverse international participation in the tournament, highlighting the fresh matchups and intense competition.
