This year’s competition promises an exhilarating showcase, with teams converging in Riyadh to vie for a slice of the hefty USD$2 million prize pool and bolster their Club’s standing in the Club Championship.

The Esports World Cup 2025 LoL kicks off with the Group Stage scheduled from July 16 to 17, 2025, featuring eight teams seeded 5th through 12th based on their performance in the Mid-Season Invitational (MSI). Transitioning into the Playoffs from July 17 to 20, the Esports World Cup 2025 LoL will witness the clash of eight teams, including the top four seeded squads from the MSI standings and the two leading teams from each Group Stage group. The Playoffs follow a single-elimination bracket structure, with Quarterfinals contested on July 17 and 18 as best-of-three matches. The Semifinals, scheduled for July 19, maintain the best-of-three format, leading up to the grand finale on July 20, a best-of-five series determining the League of Legends EWC 2025 champion.
The highlight of the League of Legends EWC 2025 is the impressive USD$2,000,000 prize pool up for grabs, with an additional USD$10,000 MVP bonus awaiting the tournament’s standout player.
